I have been starting to look into the concept of baby lead weaning because I am becoming a bit concerned that our daughter will end up being a picky eater like me, so once I know more about that, I will be incorporating that into our daughter's meals. From the books that I have gathered, most of the meals make multiple servings and should be eaten within a few days, so it might be a little boring. Since some items might contain foods she has not eaten before, I am going to use the 3 consecutive days of giving the food rule to watch for allergic reactions. Also, there is the thought process around offering it for multiple days in a row so they get a sense for the taste. I am willing to try this mindset. Monday:
- Breakfast - Milk, mini pancakes and applesauce
- Lunch - Bibby's Red Beans and Ham
- Snack - Banana Bread Sticks
- Dinner - Milk and Chicken and Noodles
Tuesday:
- Breakfast - Milk, Sturdy Teething Biscuits with fruit spread
- Lunch - Milk and Bibby's Red Beans and Ham
- Snack - Banana Bread Sticks
- Dinner - Milk and Chicken and Noodles
Wednesday:
- Breakfast - Milk, Sturdy Teething Biscuits with fruit spread
- Lunch - Milk and Bibby's Red Beans and Ham
- Snack - Banana Bread Sticks
- Dinner - Milk and Chicken and Noodles
Thursday:
- Breakfast - Milk, Sturdy Teething Biscuits with fruit spread
- Lunch - Milk and parts of my lunch with a baby food pouch
- Snack - Banana Bread Sticks
- Dinner - Milk and Chicken and Noodles
Friday:
- Breakfast - Milk, Sturdy Teething Biscuits with fruit spread
- Lunch - Milk and Bibby's Red Beans and Ham
- Snack - Banana Bread Sticks
- Dinner - Milk and Chicken and Noodles
Saturday:
- Breakfast - Milk, Paleo Pancakes
- Lunch - Milk and Chicken Burger

- Dinner - Milk and Chicken and Noodles
